Title was originally just called X-Men until #142, when it changed to Uncanny X-Men.
Title was canceled with #66 but continued to be published until #93, reprinting earlier stories. Following Giant-Size X-Men #1 and the introduction of the "all-new, all-different" team, new stories began with #94.
Although the title was cancelled with #544, the series restarted with a new number #1 one month later.
18 numbered annuals, followed by 7 annuals numbered by the years in which they were published.
The first two numbered annuals were published as "X-Men King-Size Special." They were also reprint books, rather than original stories. X-Men Annual #3 was the first true annual, published in 1979 after the beginning of the "all-new, all-different" era. Annual series did not explicitly become Uncanny X-Men Annual until #16 in 1992, following the first annual for X-Men (2nd series). Annual #18 was the last to be numbered, followed the next year by Uncanny X-Men Annual 1995. All subsequent annuals followed this until the final annual in 2001. Uncanny X-Men Annuals resumed a numbering scheme in 2006, renumbering from a new #1. This series of annuals, running 3 issues, is considered by this site to be Uncanny X-Men Annual (2nd series).
