Hounds

A precursor to the Hounds of the Days of Future Past, the modern day government hired or engineered several mutants to hunt their own kind in clandestine operations. The program seemed to fall apart after Operation: Zero Tolerance lost funding and less extreme mutant-sanctioning options were considered.
